Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This website itself does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Some pages include content from third-party services, which may set their own cookies. This page explains what they are and what they do.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
Cookies we use
This site does not use its own analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. The only cookies that may be set come from the third-party content embedded on some pages, described below.
Google Fonts
Every page loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font this way means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which can see your IP address as part of that request.
Facebook video embed
Our WINBACK therapy page includes an embedded video from Facebook. If you view it, Facebook may set its own cookies in line with its own cookie policy.
OpenStreetMap embed
Our contact page includes an embedded map from OpenStreetMap, which may set its own cookies in line with its own cookie policy.
Client portal (Equigate)
If you log in to your Equigate client portal, Equigate will set its own cookies to keep you signed in, in line with its own cookie policy.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, delete and block cookies for a website. Removing or blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function. You can find instructions for common browsers via your browser's help menu.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. Please check back periodically.
